Rifle Trainning
The basic rifle course teaches you basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to safely handle a rifle for target shooting. This course is a 14 hour long and includes both at home professional hands on instruction followed by live fire range time where you will hone your skills. You will be taught; NRA’s rules for safe rifle handling, rifle parts and operation, various shooting positions, rifle care, and about continued opportunities for skill development.
This course will qualify you for the State of Florida Concealed Carry Permit.
Don’t have 14+hours to learn how to safely handle your rifle? The NRA FIRST Steps Rifle orientation course was designed for you. This course is at least 3 hours long and is designed to provide a hands-on introduction to safe handling and proper orientation to one specific rifle action type. like the regular basic course, this course also includes at home professional hands on training followed up by live fire range time allowing you to hone the skills you have learned. This course is ideal for the student who has just purchased a rifle and would like to learn how to operate it safely. You will be taught; NRA’s rules for safe gun handling, your particular rifle model parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, basic care for your rifle, and continued opportunities for skill development.
This course will qualify you for the State of Florida Concealed Carry Permit.
